This Privacy Policy explains how OfferAgent LLC, doing business as OfferAgent ("OfferAgent," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information in connection with https://getofferagent.com, OfferAgent application forms, resume/CV uploads, video submissions, client services, and related communications (collectively, the "Services").
This Privacy Policy applies to website visitors, individuals who apply for OfferAgent representation, current and former clients, and people who communicate with OfferAgent. OfferAgent currently serves individuals in the United States and does not direct its Services to people under 18.
Depending on how you interact with OfferAgent, we may collect the following categories of personal information:
OfferAgent may receive optional equal-employment-opportunity or demographic information in connection with employment applications. Depending on the application, this can include race or ethnicity, sex or gender, disability status, veteran status, and other information treated as sensitive under applicable law.
OfferAgent collects or processes this information only when it is voluntarily provided, reasonably necessary for an application workflow, authorized by the client, or otherwise permitted by law. OfferAgent does not use optional EEO information to make hiring decisions on behalf of employers. Where an application permits a question to be left unanswered, OfferAgent may leave it unanswered unless the client has instructed otherwise.
OfferAgent does not request Social Security numbers, financial account passwords, medical records, or government identification through its standard website application.

OfferAgent does not automatically add applicants or clients to a marketing email list. Contact information submitted to OfferAgent is used for application, transactional, service, and client-related communications. If OfferAgent introduces optional marketing subscriptions in the future, OfferAgent will provide an appropriate notice and choice at that time.
OfferAgent may disclose personal information in the following circumstances:
OfferAgent currently uses or may use the following categories of service providers to operate the Services: Google Workspace for business productivity and communications; PandaDoc for document and agreement workflows; Notion for internal knowledge and operations; Framer for website hosting and functionality; Airtable for structured data and operational workflows; OpenAI and Anthropic for AI-assisted research, drafting, analysis, and workflow support.
These providers may process personal information on OfferAgent's behalf or at OfferAgent's direction in accordance with their applicable contractual terms and privacy practices. OfferAgent seeks to provide only the information reasonably necessary for the relevant function.
OfferAgent may use AI systems, including tools provided by OpenAI and Anthropic, to assist with tasks such as resume analysis, opportunity research, drafting, summarization, matching, content preparation, and workflow support. This may involve submitting relevant portions of information you provide to those systems.
OfferAgent does not intentionally use AI systems to make hiring decisions on behalf of employers or to fabricate client qualifications. AI output can be inaccurate, and OfferAgent uses human review as reasonably appropriate for material client-facing work.
At present, OfferAgent does not use advertising pixels or behavioral-advertising technologies on the Site. The Site and its hosting infrastructure may use cookies, local storage, logs, or similar technologies that are necessary for functionality, security, performance, and basic operation.
If OfferAgent later deploys advertising pixels, targeted-advertising technologies, or additional analytics tools, OfferAgent will update this Privacy Policy and implement consent, notice, opt-out, or other controls required by applicable law before or when those technologies are used.
OfferAgent does not sell personal information for money. OfferAgent does not currently share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising. If OfferAgent's practices change in a manner treated as a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under applicable law, OfferAgent will provide required notices and opt-out rights.
OfferAgent generally retains applicant and client records for three years after the applicable applicant or client relationship ends. OfferAgent may retain particular records longer when reasonably necessary to comply with law, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain tax or business records, investigate fraud or security incidents, establish or defend legal claims, or satisfy another legitimate legal or operational requirement.
When personal information is no longer reasonably needed, OfferAgent will take reasonable steps to delete, de-identify, or securely dispose of it, subject to legal and technical limitations.
OfferAgent uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information based on its sensitivity and the nature of the Services. These measures may include access controls, secure credential-management practices, limited access based on role, reputable cloud service providers, encrypted transmission where supported, and confidentiality obligations.
No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and OfferAgent cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on where you live and whether an applicable state privacy law covers OfferAgent or the information at issue, you may have rights to request access to personal information, correction, deletion, portability, confirmation of processing, or information about certain disclosures. You may also have rights to opt out of certain sales, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling, and to limit certain uses of sensitive personal information.
To submit a privacy request, email legal@getofferagent.com with the subject line “Privacy Request.” OfferAgent may ask for information necessary to verify your identity and the request. Where applicable law permits an authorized agent to submit a request, OfferAgent may require proof of authorization and identity verification.
If applicable law provides a right to appeal OfferAgent's response to a privacy request, you may appeal by replying to the response or emailing the same address with the subject line “Privacy Appeal.” OfferAgent will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.
California residents may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, if and to the extent OfferAgent is subject to that law. Those rights may include the rights to know/access, correct, delete, obtain information about categories of personal information collected and disclosed, opt out of sale or sharing, limit certain uses of sensitive personal information, and receive equal service and pricing.
OfferAgent does not sell personal information for money and does not currently share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. California residents may submit applicable requests at legal@getofferagent.com.
OfferAgent will not publish your name, image, voice, testimonial, video testimonial, employer name, placement outcome, or other identifiable client success story in public marketing without your explicit permission.
If you separately authorize a testimonial, review excerpt, or case study, OfferAgent may use only the content and identifying details covered by that permission and will make disclosures concerning complimentary services or other material connections when required by applicable advertising law.
OfferAgent's Site and services may interact with LinkedIn, job boards, employer applicant-tracking systems, employer websites, and other third-party services. Those third parties control their own privacy practices. OfferAgent's Privacy Policy does not govern information a third party independently collects directly from you or through its own systems.
OfferAgent's Services are intended for adults age 18 and older. OfferAgent does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 and does not knowingly accept clients under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted personal information in violation of this Policy, contact legal@getofferagent.com.
OfferAgent currently provides its Services only to individuals in the United States. The Site is operated from the United States, and personal information is processed in the United States and in locations where OfferAgent's service providers operate.
OfferAgent may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the Services, technology providers, data practices, or legal requirements. The current version will be posted on the Site with an updated effective date. OfferAgent will provide additional notice when required by law.
